WriterÆs cramp:

A dystonia that affects the muscles of the hand and sometimes the forearm and only occurs during handwriting. Similar focal dystonias have also been called typistÆs cramp, pianistÆs cramp, musicianÆs cramp, and golferÆs cramp.
