Haemophilus influenzae (also H. flu):

(Not the cause of influenza as it was once thought to be), H. flu is a bacteria capable of causing ear infections, meningitis, cellulitis (soft tissue infection), upper respiratory infections, pneumonia and other infections, especially in young children.
